MTX Smart Discount Rules Pro removes the limit so every rule can be active. If Pro is later deactivated, or a licence lapses, the rules over the limit are switched off automatically rather than silently ignored — and switched back on if Pro returns. Rules you disabled yourself are never touched.

Yes. Each rule carries a stacking mode that says whether it is willing to combine with discounts already applied: additive always applies on top, exclusive applies only when nothing else has, and highest-first applies only when it beats every discount applied so far. Rules are evaluated in priority order, lowest number first.

No. Cart evaluations are cached per cart signature, the queries run against purpose-built tables with indexes, and the plugin loads no JavaScript at all on your storefront.

No. Matching discounts are applied automatically as a negative cart fee, visible in the cart and at checkout. Pro adds auto-generated coupon codes for cases where you do want a code.

That is up to you, per rule. Turn on "skip products already on sale" and items with a WooCommerce sale price are left out of the calculation, so nothing gets discounted twice.

Yes. Every rule takes a start and end date, specific days of the week, and a time-of-day window — including windows that run overnight, such as 10 PM to 2 AM. Dates use your site's date format and are evaluated in your site's timezone.

Yes, it can run alongside other coupon and pricing plugins, though we recommend testing your specific combination — any two plugins adjusting cart totals can interact in ways neither one predicts.

Yes. The plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage, and order data is written correctly under both HPOS and legacy post storage.
