After activating the new version, the plugin will detect that the data needs a format update and show a corresponding notice in the admin panel. The migration is started manually, with a single click, on the WooCommerce → Omnibus screen. The process runs in the background and can be safely paused and resumed — nothing will be lost or duplicated.

No, as long as the source plugin is "Omnibus — show the lowest price" (Marcin Pietrzak) — see the "Migration from the Omnibus plugin" section above. The price history from that plugin can be imported with a single click, without losing data already recorded by Omnibus by iLabs.

Not in this version. Omnibus by iLabs tracks changes to a product's regular/sale price in WooCommerce — discount codes (coupons) are not currently supported.
