Install the plugin and activate it. Configure the plugin (Orbisius Support Tickets > Settings) and its pages with the proper shortcodes (there's a tool within settings that can help with that). Add pages to the site menu Submit a test ticket. You can get to the submit ticket page from the plugin's settings page.

Awesome! Report glitches or suggestions for improvement or clone the project on github at submit a ticket and make fixes. Before doing any work it would be nice to check with us so we can coordinate work because some features may have already been planned.
