If you want to know when your orders disagree with each other, no — the free plugin is the whole job. Pro is for when you also need to know that your store agrees with your gateway, and to be told the moment it stops, rather than finding out on your next scan.

The Pro features pause and the plugin says so. Nothing is deleted, the free plugin carries on exactly as before, and renewing brings everything back with its history intact.

No. Every check is a query against your own database. The free plugin has no licence server, no API and no analytics. Pro adds outbound calls only to the gateways and alert destinations you configure yourself.

Only if you tell it to, and only in two ways: resending a customer email, or restoring an order to Processing when WooCommerce already recorded a confirmed payment date on it. Both are logged, and the status change can be undone. Ordafide never captures, refunds or voids a payment.

The email log starts the moment you activate the plugin, so older orders cannot be judged and are skipped. If a genuinely recent order shows this, the email really was not handed to your mail server — usually a stalled job queue or broken mail configuration.

Yes. Scans run in batches of 100 orders through Action Scheduler and every query is bounded. Nothing runs on your front end.

Yes. Ordafide declares HPOS compatibility and reads orders through the WooCommerce CRUD layer, so it behaves identically on the new order tables and the legacy post store.

Press Ignore on the finding, or turn that check off under Settings. The thresholds are adjustable too: the stuck payment window, the duplicate order window and the rounding tolerance.

It uses Action Scheduler when WooCommerce provides it, which is always in a normal install. If it is unavailable, scans run in the same request instead.
