Yes. Both Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce must be installed and activated. The plugin registers a custom CF7 form tag and queries WooCommerce orders — it cannot function without either plugin.

After activating the plugin, open any Contact Form 7 form in your WordPress admin. You will see a new woocommerce_order button in the tag generator toolbar above the form editor. Click it to open the tag generator panel.

In the tag generator, enter the desired WooCommerce status slugs in the Order Status field, separated by the pipe character |. For example: wc-processing|wc-on-hold. You can also add the status: option manually in the form tag. Leave the field empty to show all order statuses.

Yes. In the tag generator panel, check the "This is a required field" checkbox. This appends * to the tag type, and CF7 will show a validation error if the visitor submits the form without selecting an order.

The plugin supports CF7 mail tags. After inserting the tag, go to the Mail tab of the CF7 form editor and insert the corresponding mail tag (shown at the bottom of the tag generator panel) into your email body. The selected order number, status, and date will appear in the email when the form is submitted.

Yes. Use the Class field in the tag generator to assign one or more custom CSS classes to the dropdown, then target those classes in your theme's stylesheet or the WordPress Customizer's Additional CSS field.
