Install OrderMender and keep "Shipping address" ticked under WooCommerce > Settings > Order Editing. After checkout, the thank-you page and My Account show an "Edit my order" button while the editing window is open. For guest orders, the button opens a secure single-order link, so no account is needed.

Yes, for addresses and the order note. That is the case WooCommerce blocks by default. Paid orders pause in "Hold for Editing" during the window and then return to Processing on their own.

You choose: anywhere from 5 minutes to 12 hours. The default is 15 minutes.

No. While the window is open the order is in its own "Hold for Editing" status, not Processing, so packing lists and fulfillment integrations that act on Processing orders will not pick it up until it is released.

By default every order that transitions into Processing enters the window once. Enable "Require completed payment" if you only want paid orders held (useful with pay-on-delivery methods). Digital-only orders that complete instantly are never affected.

The order returns to Processing automatically and receives an order note. Nothing else about the order changes.

Not in this version. This plugin intentionally limits edits to addresses and notes so totals, taxes, stock, and payments always stay consistent.

No. Changing the email tied to an order would break receipts and password flows, so it is deliberately excluded.
