Existing products match by SKU or catalog link; new WooCommerce products are created for unmatched Square catalog lines, linked to the order, and stock is reduced. Custom/ad-hoc POS lines also create simple products when possible.

On Plus, enable Dispute alerts under connection settings. When Square sends a dispute webhook, the store admin gets an email and a WooCommerce admin notice with amount, reason, and dispute state.
