Yes, the POP plugin supports multiple payment methods through a single integration, including MB WAY, Multibanco Reference, Cards (Visa and Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay and Payshop Reference. Merchants can manage the available payment methods in their POP account on Woocommerce Backoffice, allowing customers to select their preferred payment option at checkout.

Yes. Refunds can be initiated from either the WooCommerce administration area or the POP Backoffice. When a refund is processed in the WooCommerce administration area, the transaction is automatically updated in the POP Backoffice. Likewise, refunds initiated in the POP Backoffice are synchronized with WooCommerce, ensuring that order and payment statuses remain consistent across both platforms.
