No. The hidden fields are injected automatically into every CF7 form on the site.

The plugin's hooks simply never run, so nothing happens — no errors, no output. Contact Form 7 is required for the plugin to have any effect.

Only in the visitor's own browser (localStorage), for up to 30 days, until it is submitted through a CF7 form. The plugin does not use cookies, does not create any database tables, and does not send data anywhere else.

Not via settings in this version — the tracked parameters and field names are fixed. Developers can adjust js/utm-tracking.js directly if a site needs different behaviour.
