Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Polly Alt

No. Google AI Studio offers a generous free tier that is perfect for standard content management workflows without needing a credit card or subscription plan.

Never. Polly Alt operates on a strict human-in-the-loop review architecture. The AI makes suggestions, but an administrator must explicitly review, polish, and approve a choice before the database fields are updated.

Your change is pending even if the button looks inactive. Click into any other element or make a small change to enable it, then Publish/Update to save. I changed an image's alt text in the Media Library, but an Elementor page still shows the old one. Elementor caches rendered output. Clear it under Elementor > Tools > Regenerate Files & Data. Alt text saved for a specific spot on a page (the instance picker) refreshes automatically.
