The configurator is not loaded Make sure you have entered your Probo API credentials in WooCommerce → Settings → Probo Connect and that the product has a valid Probo product ID configured. Additionally, check the settings (WooCommerce -> Settings -> Probo Settings -> Advanced) to make sure the configurator is autoloaded or you loaded the shortcode into your template
