No. Rampex is an anonymous payment gateway — sign up and start accepting payments immediately, with no underwriting wait. There are no rolling reserves, no account freezes and no payment holds.

Rampex charges a flat 1% platform fee on top of the payment provider's fee. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no hidden fees.

No. Payments settle on-chain and are final, so chargebacks do not exist on Rampex.

That is expected. The plugin registers one gateway per provider that is live on your Rampex account, so methods appear or disappear as Rampex changes provider availability. New gateways always start disabled — you decide which ones to enable.

Most providers are multi-currency. Some are restricted: Revolut and iDEAL are EUR-only, Klarna is SEK-only, UPI/IMPS is INR-only, Interac is CAD-only, PayPal and Robinhood are USD-only, and Stripe supports USD and EUR. Settlement always goes to your self-custodial EVM wallet — USDC on Polygon by default.

Confirm the API key is copied in full from your Rampex dashboard settings, that the key belongs to the same account you are settling to, and that your host or security plugin is not blocking outbound requests to the Rampex API or blocking admin-ajax.php.

Yes. Payment processing requires the Rampex service. See the External services section above for the exact endpoints, the data sent to each, and when each request happens.

No. Rampex has no testnet or sandbox environment; all payments are live.
