You can search in two ways: 1. Quick Search: Use the search boxes on the Api Data page to search through the first 40 displayed properties (instant results). 2. Search All Pages: Use the "Search All Pages" feature to search through all properties across all API pages. Enter the Property ID or Reference and click "Search All Pages".
The "Properties" column shows the total PropertyCount from the API (e.g., 5,954 properties). The displayed properties grid shows only the first page (typically 40 properties) for performance. Use "Search All Pages" to find any property from the full database.
Properties are automatically updated daily via a scheduled cron job that runs at midnight. You can also manually trigger updates or use the refresh button in the Api Data section.
Filter IDs are identifiers from your Resales Online account that define which properties to import. You can configure multiple Filter IDs (comma-separated) to import properties from different sources or categories.
Navigate to "Property Importer > Logs" in your WordPress admin. You'll see all import operations with status, duration, property counts, and timestamps.
Yes, you can set a "Limit Properties" value in the Import Settings. This limits the total number of properties imported across all filters.
