Yes. Every order gets a Message on WhatsApp box with the customer's number and a message for the order's status, which opens in WhatsApp for you to send by hand. Automatic messages, follow-ups, abandoned cart recovery and the shared inbox need Replai.

No. Replai pairs to the WhatsApp number you already have as a linked device, the same way WhatsApp Web does. There is no Meta application, no template approval and no per-message fee. The trade-off is that the number should be treated with care, which is why sending is paced and capped.

No. Sending is off and test mode is on when you connect. Every message goes to your own WhatsApp number with a TEST tag until you switch sending on deliberately.

In checkbox mode their answer is stored on the order and Replai does not message them. In any mode, a customer who replies STOP is never messaged again from that number.

Yes. Every status your store uses, including ones added by other plugins, gets its own message that you switch on or off.

Yes. Abandoned checkout capture and the consent checkbox work on both the classic and the block checkout, and orders are read the same way with high-performance order storage on or off.

No. Order events are delivered after the order is saved and the checkout does not wait on them. If Replai were unreachable, the order still completes normally.

Yes, for order updates: add Order created and Order updated webhooks under WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, Webhooks with the same delivery URL and secret. Abandoned checkout recovery needs the plugin, because an unfinished checkout never becomes an order and so never fires a webhook.

Order events are sent to Replai and stored in your Replai workspace. Captured carts are stored in a table in your own WordPress database, which is removed when the plugin is deleted.
