Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Resonanz Secure Downloads

The most important thing to check is whether the server is configured to allow modification of the .htaccess file. If the plugin is unable to write to the .htaccess file, it will not be able to protect files.

We believe that the plugin should work correctly on most WordPress websites regardless of which plugins are installed.
