Yes. Elementor is declared as a dependency, so WordPress will not let you activate this plugin without it. Once synced, the reviews are stored as ordinary posts, so any theme or plugin can also read them.

These come from the place-level fields in the Apify response for each sync. Click Sync Now to refresh. If they stay at 0, the actor's response may not include place-level fields for your particular URL.

They are updated in place, matched on the Google review ID. No duplicates are created.

Deleting the plugin removes its settings, its scheduled sync, and the synced review posts. Those reviews are a cache of data held by Google rather than content you authored, and reinstalling plus running one sync restores them.
