Most features work with Elementor Free. Some features that target Atomic (V4) widgets, such as Tab Navigator and Quick Action Buttons, require Elementor with V4 widget support enabled.

Yes. This feature uses Elementor's Element Manager to unload V3 widget assets, which means any V3 widget already used on your pages will stop rendering on the front-end while the feature is on. The widget data itself remains in the database, so turning the feature back off restores rendering on the next editor reload. Recommended: only enable this on sites that don't use V3 widgets on live pages, or after you've fully migrated to Atomic (V4) widgets.

Per user. Each admin or editor who uses the plugin sets their own preferences. The only exception is the V3 widgets toggle, which affects the Elementor editor globally (because Elementor's Element Manager is a site-wide setting).

Almost all features are editor-only and add nothing to your public-facing site. The one exception is Turn Off All V3 Widgets — see the question above for details.
