Beyond automatic cart recovery, you can send WhatsApp broadcasts to your customers — offers, launches, and back-in-stock alerts — built and sent entirely in RocketCart. Each campaign tracks its own revenue, orders, and ROAS on your Dashboard. Meta bills you directly for WhatsApp messages at standard rates; RocketCart adds no markup or per-message commission.

No. WhatsApp connection and the campaign builder live in the RocketCart app. The plugin only surfaces your connection status and performance and deep-links you into RocketCart (already signed in) via the cards on the Dashboard.

Yes — the plugin is a client for the RocketCart service. You create a free account during the one-click Connect step in the onboarding wizard.

Yes. RocketCart's cart capture and recovery are built on WooCommerce 8.0+.

Only the data described in "Third-Party Services" above — primarily the customer's email and (when entered) phone, the cart line items, your site URL, and — on a recovered order — the order id and applied coupon codes. If you build a WhatsApp broadcast campaign, the plugin also sends an audience list (customer phone, first name, and country) so the campaign editor can target recipients. No billing or shipping address and no IP address are forwarded.

Each recovery message contains a single-use link back to your store. When the shopper clicks it, the plugin rebuilds their exact cart in their WooCommerce session and sends them to checkout. The link is consumed on first use, so it can't be replayed after the order is placed.

No. Cart capture listens to WooCommerce hooks and the Store API in the background and every sync to RocketCart is queued through Action Scheduler — nothing runs synchronously in the checkout request, so there's no added latency for the shopper.
