The assistant replies in the language the shopper writes in. Your catalogue and pages can be in one language and a shopper can still ask in another.

The full catalogue is read when you connect, then refreshed on a recurring schedule. It is not instant. A price or stock change made in WooCommerce can take some time to reach the assistant.

A variable product is shown at the price of its cheapest variation. Per variation pricing in chat is not supported yet.

No. Every reply is written by the assistant. When it cannot answer, it says so and can pass the question on to your team.
