The plugin supports standard thermal paper sizes including 2 1/4", 2 1/2", A4 and custom paper size for receipts, and 4x6" for packing slips. All templates are optimized for these dimensions.
This paper size supports another other paper size that is not in the options. Just enter the width in mm of the paper size you want and the template adjusts to that size.
The custom Thank you message appears at the buttom of the receipt. You can write any message for your customers.
For colored logos use .png format. Other format appear in black and white. Also ensure your printer can print in color.
Yes! The plugin adds a frontend confirmation button that lets customers verify they've received their order. This seperates delivered orders and orders that are yet to be delivered.

To print receipts or packing slip in bulk navigate to the bulk printing page Woocommerce > Bulk print order then select the orders you want to bulk print, then click on Generate receipts or Generate packing Slips
