The balance is always the sum of an append-only ledger. Every movement - earn, redeem, reverse, expire - is a visible line under My Account > Points, so the total is fully auditable and reconciles to the last cent.

Amounts format in the store's active currency. There are filters (sisl_loyalty_point_value, sisl_loyalty_eligible_amount) so multi-currency plugins can convert cleanly.

VIP tiers, referrals, sign-up / review / birthday bonuses and point expiry are in SISL Loyalty Pro - a one-time license, no subscription.
