Terms: https://aws.amazon.com/service-terms/ — Privacy: https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/ API keys and secrets are stored in the WordPress database as options and are never sent to the public REST API or frontend scripts.

Yes. Settings → Appearance has color pickers for the stories shortcode and the studio shortcode. Generated CSS uses !important so theme styles cannot override them.

Enable Delete all plugin data on uninstall under Settings → Advanced before deleting the plugin.
