Yes. Every new site starts with a 30 day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, your site moves to the Free plan: AI text chat for up to 50 conversations a month, still with no credit card. Voice, the Blog Agent and AI Visibility are on paid plans from $29 a month.

Your agent keeps answering by text. If you don't pick a paid plan, your site moves to the Free plan on its own. Your settings, what the AI has learned about your business and your conversation history all stay. You can upgrade at any time from Usage & Billing in the plugin.

Each new visitor chat counts as a conversation. The count starts again at the beginning of every month, and the Usage & Billing page in the plugin shows how many you have used.
