You can start with a blank form or pick the pre-configured Charity Donation template, which includes preset giving tiers ($25, $50, $100, $250), custom amount inputs, donor contact fields, and dedicated donation form blocks: the Give Anonymously checkbox, Donor Comment box, Tribute dedication fields, and a Step Break block for multi-step checkout. With WPSmartPay Pro, you can also enable custom recurring donation billing (Pro) so donors pick their own giving frequency. Customize labels, amounts, and layouts in the block settings, then publish and embed the form anywhere with the SmartPay Form block or shortcode.

The Donor Wall (Pro) displays public contributions on campaign pages or any custom landing page via the Campaign Donors block and shortcode. You can showcase donor names, donation amounts, dates, Gravatar or initials avatars, comments, tributes, and company names, sorted by recent donations or top donors. Donors have complete control over their privacy: checking the "Give anonymously" box at checkout or enabling "Hide my name on public donor walls" in their dashboard keeps their name off all public listings while still recording the gift securely in your admin records.
