Trade customers become contacts tagged with their customer group and application status, a "B2B Suite" category of automation triggers appears (application submitted, approved, rejected, customer group changed), campaigns can be segmented by group and status, and {{smb2b.*}} merge tags fill in group and company details. A "B2B" tab on each contact shows their account at a glance. With Pro you also get company sync, quote, overdue-invoice, held-order and credit-limit triggers, credit and quote merge tags, credit-based segments, and automation steps that can approve applications, change groups, add customers to companies or set credit terms — those steps stay off until you explicitly allow them.
