Sortable Sticky Posts
Adds drag and drop Sticky Post sorting to the Settings > Reading Page. WordPress likes to store Stickies in order they were stickied.

Just drag and drop the posts in the order you want them considered.
This is a case of the loop not using orderby => post__in. You have to manually modify your query to do this. Future versions will handle that for you. $sticky_loop = new WP_Query( array( 'post__in' => get_option('sticky_posts'), 'orderby' ==> 'post__in' ) );
