TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for site owners with existing WordPress sites who have configured an exclusion filter for their main stylesheets, or who are comfortable editing function.php. It defers non-vital stylesheets to load asynchronously to improve page load times, though the readme notes it is no longer recommended since it can worsen Cumulative Layout Shift if the exclusion filter isn't set up.
