Spin Wheel uses the address of the connection (REMOTE_ADDR) for rate limiting and stored entries, because headers like X-Forwarded-For are sent by the visitor and can be faked. Behind a proxy, that address is the proxy's, so every visitor looks the same. If your host does not already restore the visitor's address, list your proxy addresses or ranges in wp-config.php: define( 'SWP_TRUSTED_PROXIES', '10.0.0.0/8, 173.245.48.0/20' );
