StoreCashier is a point of sale, inventory management and business management (ERP) plugin for WooCommerce. The free edition covers the POS register, stock ledger, purchases, suppliers, customers, payment accounts, invoices and core reports. StoreCashier Pro adds multi-location stock, accounting statements, CRM, HRM and payroll, bookings, subscriptions, support tickets, projects, repair, manufacturing, assets, workflow tools and a REST API.

Yes. StoreCashier works with WooCommerce products, variations, orders, taxes and stock. Products and orders stay in WooCommerce; StoreCashier adds the stock ledger, payments, accounting and reports around them.

Yes. Every POS sale is created as a WooCommerce order and flagged as a POS sale, so online and counter sales share the same products, stock and order history. The payment is recorded to the payment account you choose.

The register runs in a modern browser on a desktop, laptop or tablet. It is a full-screen, touch-friendly screen, and it supports a light, dark or automatic theme. A mobile layout is included in StoreCashier Pro.

No. The POS is an online register and needs a connection to the site to complete a sale.

Yes. Any scanner that types into the browser works. Scan into the POS search field or the purchase item search; products are matched by barcode, SKU, name or product ID. You can enable auto-add on an exact match and set the quantity added per scan.

Yes. Receipts (80 mm) and A4 invoices use your logo, business details, header and footer text. Barcode labels can be printed in Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, EAN-8 or UPC-A on several sheet sizes or continuous rolls, with name, price, SKU, variation, business name and packing date.

Yes. The Barcode & SKU screen generates missing SKUs and barcodes in bulk with your own prefixes, and you can edit them on the same grid.

Yes, if you want to. The "Overselling" setting in Settings → Orders & POS is on by default. Turn it off to limit sales to the quantity available; the rule is checked in the register and again when the sale is saved.

Yes. Enable tracking on a product, enter the numbers on purchases or opening stock (including the CSV import), and choose the exact unit when you sell it in the POS or on a WooCommerce order. Serials are printed on invoices and receipts, and the IMEI / Serial Number report shows the full history of every unit. Serials also come back in stock on sell returns and go out on purchase returns. StoreCashier Pro also tracks serials on transfers, adjustments, manufacturing and repair.
