Yes. subba does the AI answering, booking and enquiry logging; this plugin connects your WordPress site to it. Click Connect with subba in Settings > subba to create an account or sign in. New accounts get their first 30 days free.

Yes. It works like signing in with Google: you approve the connection on subba, and WordPress receives only your Form ID and booking handle, which are public anyway (they appear in your site's page source). No password, key or token for your subba account is stored in WordPress, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings > subba.

In your subba dashboard: your chat widget code is under Settings > AI receptionist, and your booking link is under Settings > Booking. Paste either straight into Settings > subba and the plugin picks out the Form ID (the code after /f/) and the booking handle (the short name after /b/, for example zen-yoga).

Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms and Ninja Forms are forwarded automatically with no extra setup. Any other form still works through the chat widget, which works on every page.

No. The chat script is loaded in the footer and the booking widget loads in its own frame, so your pages render normally. Form submissions are forwarded in the background and never hold up the visitor.

Only what is needed for each feature to work: chat messages and any contact details a visitor provides, booking details when someone books, and the name, email and message from a forwarded form submission. See the "External services" section above and subba's privacy policy for the full detail.

Yes. The chat bubble and the booking and ordering embeds work with any standard WordPress theme, and the settings live under Settings > subba.

Deactivate and delete the plugin from the Plugins screen. Once removed, the chat widget, the booking and ordering embeds and form forwarding stop, and no further data is sent to subba.
