It cannot meaningfully. On a page with buttons it adds inline SVG and about 1 KB of inline CSS, with no external requests. On pages without buttons it adds nothing at all.

No, to both. It sets no cookies of any kind and makes no external requests at all. Whether that changes anything about your cookie banner or privacy policy depends on the rest of your site, and that judgement is yours — but this plugin puts nothing on the page that a plain hyperlink would not.

Because they cost more than they are worth. Each count is a live API call to that network on every page view, most of the count endpoints have been withdrawn or restricted, and a button reading "3" actively discourages sharing. Leaving them out is a deliberate design decision, not a missing feature.

Fewer buttons convert better. Eleven icons is a decision problem for the reader; four or five is a prompt. All eleven are available — start small and add what your audience actually uses.

Yes. The output is static HTML with no per-visitor content, so it caches perfectly.

Yes, both. The buttons are added around your post content, so the editor you write in makes no difference.

Pinterest requires an image. The button is hidden on posts with no featured image rather than creating a broken pin.

Buttons are real links and buttons with descriptive aria-label text, keyboard focusable, with a visible focus ring. Labels are shown by default because labelled buttons are both more accessible and more clicked than bare icons. Animation is disabled for visitors who ask for reduced motion.

They are removed, since the plugin stores a single settings option and creates no database tables. Nothing else on your site is affected.
