Yes. This plugin connects WordPress to the TAPNET AI Website Chatbot service and requires an active TAPNET account and install token.
Yes. After the site administrator enables the chatbot and saves an install token, the plugin loads TAPNET service scripts from account.tapnet.com and sends chatbot conversation data to TAPNET so the chatbot can respond.
Only if you opt in. The TAPNET Footer Credit setting is off by default.
The TAPNET service will not return an active chatbot configuration, and the widget will not load.
