Outside the 24-hour customer-service window, WhatsApp requires approved templates. Create and get order_confirmation, order_shipped, order_cancelled, order_delivered and cart_recovery approved in your workspace's Templates module, then map them in the dashboard Flows tab.

The plugin sends only order-level data (order id, total, line items, billing contact) over HTTPS to The Tech Pad, signed with a per-store secret. Your WooCommerce API credentials are only used if you opt in to live order status lookups, and are then encrypted and stored on The Tech Pad's servers — never on your site.
