Orders with the status pending, processing, on hold or completed count towards day and slot limits. Cancelled, refunded and failed orders do not. The list can be changed with the dpsw_counted_order_statuses filter.

WooCommerce's "Local pickup" and "Local pickup (block checkout)" methods. Add others with the dpsw_pickup_shipping_methods filter, or turn the filtering off with dpsw_filter_shipping_rates.

A pickup order has nowhere to deliver to, so the plugin drops the shipping fields from the submitted form and leaves the order's shipping address empty, even when the customer filled the fields in before switching to pickup. Return false from the dpsw_skip_shipping_address_for_pickup filter to keep WooCommerce's normal behaviour.

Yes. Orders carry the meta keys _dpsw_type (delivery or pickup), _dpsw_date (YYYY-MM-DD), _dpsw_time (HH:MM - HH:MM), _dpsw_location_id, _dpsw_location_name and _dpsw_location_map. DPSW_Orders::details( $order ) returns them in display-ready form.

Open Delivery & Pickup > Settings > Tools. The import copies the settings, delivery schedule, pickup defaults and pickup locations (keeping their IDs), and can convert past orders so their schedules keep showing and count towards limits. The old options are left in place.
