Traceify adds your configured processing days + shipping days (min and max) to the order date. If weekend exclusion is enabled, Saturdays and Sundays are skipped. You can override the date manually on any order.

No. By default, only the "Shipped" status email is enabled — WooCommerce has no built-in email for that status. Processing, Completed, Cancelled, and On Hold emails are off by default.

Yes. Go to Traceify → Shipment Tracking → Custom Courier and enter a name and a tracking URL containing {tracking_number}. Developers can also use the trcfy_couriers filter.

WooCommerce has no Shipped status. Traceify registers one (wc-shipped) only if no other plugin has already done so.

Yes. Order lookup requires both the order number and the billing email address, preventing order enumeration. All inputs are sanitized and all outputs are escaped. Admin settings and order actions are capability-checked and nonce-protected.
