Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Ultimate Coming Soon Page, Maintenance Mode & Under Construction – Gutenberg Block Builder & Landing Page

Ultimate Coming Soon Page, Maintenance Mode & Under Construction is an all-in-one WordPress plugin with four core uses: * Coming Soon Page: Hide your website from the public while you build it and create anticipation before launch. * Maintenance Mode: Inform visitors your site is temporarily down for updates, while keeping search engines properly notified. * Under Construction: Show a professional under construction page while your site is being built. * Landing Page: Create high-converting landing pages using the Gutenberg Block Builder to capture leads and grow your audience.

Version 2.0.0 is a major milestone. The entire plugin has been re-architected from the ground up. Key highlights include a brand new React-powered dashboard with AJAX-based settings, a Template Library with one-click import, full Gutenberg Editor support for designing your coming soon page, global page support so you can assign any WordPress page as your coming soon page, and 3 new Gutenberg blocks — Countdown, Single Unit Countdown, and Newsletter.

The admin dashboard has been completely rebuilt using modern React with an AJAX-based system. This means all settings update instantly without page reloads, giving you a fast and smooth experience. Managing your coming soon page — switching modes, picking templates, adjusting settings — is now quicker and more intuitive than ever.

The Template Library lets you browse and import professionally designed, pre-made coming soon page templates directly from your WordPress dashboard. Each template is a fully built Gutenberg Block Builder layout. Simply find a design you like, click import, and it loads straight into the Gutenberg Editor — ready for you to personalize with your own content, colors, and branding.

Global page support means you can assign any existing WordPress page as your coming soon, maintenance, or under construction page. You're no longer restricted to a plugin-generated page. Create and design any page using the Gutenberg Block Builder, then select it as your active coming soon page — giving you full creative freedom and seamless integration with your site's existing structure.

Yes! The plugin has been fully upgraded to use the native WordPress Gutenberg block editor. All demo templates have been converted to Gutenberg layouts and can be imported with one click.

After activating the plugin, go to the Templates section, choose any demo template, and click Import Demo. Your page will be ready to customize in the Gutenberg block editor immediately.

Absolutely! You have full control over your coming soon or maintenance page using the Gutenberg Block Builder. Customize texts, backgrounds, colors, and layouts block by block to match your brand.

Yes! Engage your audience by showing a countdown timer. Let visitors know exactly when your website will be live or back in action.

Yes, the plugin integrates seamlessly with both single WordPress sites and multisite networks.
