TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for administrators of a WordPress Multisite Network managing user signups. It solves the problem of users being unable to reactivate or re-signup accounts due to stuck activation keys or lost activation emails, by letting admins delete activation keys or manually approve pending users.
