The free plugin allows a maximum of 2 BBB rooms. For unlimited rooms, activate the Pro version. 404 error when joining BBB room Your BBB server must be running before joining a room. If using the test server, start the cloud instance first. See the hosting guide. 401 unauthorized error when BBB room window opens within the page Your BBB server must support iFrame embedding for the Pro plugin. See the GitHub solution or our recommended BBB hosts.
After activating the plugin, go to BBB Rooms, click Add New, and fill in the room details.
By default, each room has its own page under BBB Rooms -> All Rooms. Insert a room on any post/page: [bigbluebutton token=z2xxx] Multiple rooms on one page: [bigbluebutton token=z2xxx,z2yyy] Or add the BBB Rooms widget to your sidebar.
Share the page link where the join form is displayed. Participants open the page and click Join.
