Yes! Enable the Fluent Forms integration in Settings > VioTrade and submissions will sync automatically. The plugin auto-detects common field names (name, email, phone, service, message) - see "How should I name my form fields?" below.

The plugin maps each form field to a VioTrade lead field by its name. To make sure every field is captured - especially the service field - name your fields using one of the accepted names below: Name: name, your-name, full-name, fullname, customer-name Email: email, your-email, email-address Phone: phone, telephone, mobile, tel, phone-number Service: service, subject, service-type, inquiry-type Message: message, enquiry, details, comments

Contact Form 7: the field's name in the form tag, e.g. [select service ...]. WPForms: matched automatically from the field type and its label, so label your field "Service", "Subject" or similar. Fluent Forms: the field's Name Attribute, found under the field's Advanced settings. A dropdown often defaults to a generic name like dropdown - rename it to service so the selected option is captured. A field named outside this list will not be mapped and its value will not reach VioTrade.

Yes, with Fluent Forms. If your form has a file-upload field, any photos, documents (PDF/Word) or videos (MP4/MOV/WebM) the visitor attaches are forwarded to the VioTrade contact automatically, where you can view them. This requires a VioTrade plan that includes lead capture, and is subject to your account's storage limit. No configuration is needed - it works as soon as the Fluent Forms integration is enabled.

Yes. You can set the accent colour, theme (light or dark), and button text in the plugin settings. You can also override these per-form using shortcode attributes: [viotrade_form accent="#ff6600" theme="dark" button="Get a Quote"]

No. The form script loads asynchronously from VioTrade's CDN and uses Shadow DOM for complete style isolation. It has zero impact on your page load time.

Only the form fields that your visitors fill in: name, email, phone, service/subject, and message. No cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics are added to your site.
