No. There is no AI provider account or API key to manage. You connect your site with a licence key from your Voyant AI account.

The plugin is free. The Voyant AI service has a Free plan that includes 10 live chats a month and a Test chat for trying your assistant, plus paid plans from £5 a month with larger monthly allowances. Current plans are on voyantai.co.uk.

Yes. It knows your product prices, stock and options, avoids offering what is sold out, and can offer an add-to-basket link. It stays off the checkout page.

It says so and adds the question to a list. You type the answer once, and it uses it straight away. The Help tab can also tell you what to teach it next.

Yes. One Voyant AI account can run several websites, each with its own assistant, and you can charge your clients whatever you like. See https://voyantai.co.uk/agencies for plans and details.

Yes, on the White-label version of the Pro, Growth and Enterprise plans, which removes it from every website on the account. It stays on the Free and Starter plans.

It replies in the language your visitor writes in, using what it has learned from your website. It is strongest when your site content is in that language. If many visitors use another language, teach it the key facts (hours, prices, delivery, contact) in that language.

It handles what a visitor types into the chat, and a name, email address or phone number only if they choose to give one. Email addresses, phone numbers and links are masked before questions are analysed, and the widget sets no advertising cookies. Voyant AI is run by a UK company.
