WatchSpire is designed specifically to minimize front-end impact. Heavy work runs as scheduled background tasks instead of being performed during normal page loads. Broken-link scanning is disabled by default and uses small resumable batches when enabled. WatchSpire can also reduce scanning workloads automatically on hosting environments with lower memory or execution-time limits.
No. WatchSpire stores only the operational information required for monitoring, such as the form integration, form ID, delivery outcome, error state, and timestamp. Form field contents and customer personal data are never stored.
WatchSpire detects supported mail failures and whether WordPress successfully handed a message to its configured mail system. That is different from confirming that the message reached a recipient's inbox, which WatchSpire does not do.
Nothing is sent to WatchSpire, to CodeSolz, or to any other third-party service. WatchSpire has no external API, no license check, and no analytics. Your monitoring history stays in your own WordPress database. The only outbound HTTP requests WatchSpire makes are to your own site (the uptime self-check and your robots.txt), and — only if you turn on broken link scanning — to the URLs your own content already links to, in order to see whether they still respond.

WatchSpire provides internal uptime self-checking, which catches errors, slow responses, soft 404s, and maintenance lockouts on a server that is still running. Pair it with an external uptime service of your choice for true outside-in downtime detection.
