Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Waypoint SEO Content Generator

No. The plugin has no content backend. The only outbound requests are to the AI provider you connected to WordPress. Nothing goes to us.

Not in this plugin. WordPress 7.0 handles AI provider connections itself under Settings → Connectors. This plugin uses whatever is configured there, which means your key is managed by WordPress core, not by us.

Yes. The title, meta description and focus keyword are written to Rank Math automatically after each draft is generated.

Yes. Yoast, Rank Math and SEOPress are all supported. If you use none of them, the plugin writes its own Article JSON-LD instead.

Yes. The plugin uses whichever provider you have connected under Settings → Connectors, so OpenAI, Anthropic and Google all work. You connect the provider once in WordPress; this plugin never asks for or stores an API key.

Not in this version. Articles are written as text, and you add your own images in the editor. Generated featured and inline images are part of the separately sold paid version.

If you have no preference, AI Provider for Google — it has a free tier you can test on before spending anything. See "Choosing a provider" above for the full comparison.

As many as you configure. There is no cap in this version — the frequency setting is the only thing that decides, and you set it.

That depends on what you publish, not on how it was drafted. Google's guidance is about whether content is helpful, not about how it was produced. Review every draft, add real substance, and publish at a rate you can genuinely stand behind. If something does go wrong, the review queue has one-click bulk noindex and bulk unpublish.

Not in this version. Every generated post is created as a draft and stays one until you publish it. Auto-publish and unattended scheduling are part of the separately sold paid version, and their code is not in this download.
