After activation, a green icon will appear in orders list under actions. If actions do not appear, turn ON actions from screen options (right top). Click green icon, choose any group label and then select items to split in a new order. Proceed to split.

Go to plugin settings page. Enter label title, select text and background color then press add group.

In case you do not select any group label, still it will automatically pick the first label as default.

Yes. Since 1.8.0 all order data is read and written through the WooCommerce order API, so it works with both the legacy posts storage and HPOS.

No. The split order inherits the parent's "stock already reduced" state, so WooCommerce does not reduce the same units again.

Users with the manage_woocommerce capability (administrators and shop managers). Developers can change this with the wcos_capability filter.
