TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for WooCommerce store owners who want to offer customers a fallback way to place orders when no standard payment gateway works for them. It solves the problem of losing sales by letting customers submit orders with a note on how they intend to pay, so the merchant can follow up outside the usual checkout flow.
