The default temporary reservation lasts 5 minutes. Under Bookings > Availability > Scheduling rules, set Temporary reservation duration to 2 through 30 minutes. Visitors see a countdown. If it ends, their other answers remain and they can select an available time again. Confirmed bookings are not cancelled by this countdown.
WordForm Pro can export booking records as CSV for a selected calendar and appointment date range. To export one day, set Start date and End date to that same date and click Apply range before Export CSV. The date refers to the appointment, not when the visitor submitted the form. Get Pro for booking exports.
