No. The video is recorded in the mobile browser.

After the order reaches the "Completed" status, once the delay you set in WooCommerce → Zaply.me has passed. On a live store that delay is 1 to 10 days. Each order is invited once, unless you send the invitation again from the order screen.

The coupon is for submitting a recording and agreeing to its use, regardless of review content. Approval means checking that the recording is clear and follows the rules, not judging whether the review is favourable. The reward remains due even if you choose not to publish the video.

Yes, within the consent the customer gives in your review terms (configured in Zaply.me).

Yes. The plugin does not change your theme. After an invitation is sent, the customer can open the recording link from My Account → View order. You can turn that link off in WooCommerce → Zaply.me.

On the first connection: the store URL and a single-use pairing code. For a store that is already connected: the company slug and the store URL. For each eligible order: the company slug, the order ID, and the customer's billing first name (or last name if the first name is empty). The customer's email address is not sent to the Zaply.me API by this plugin. See "External services" for details.

From your store. Review invitations and reward emails are sent by WooCommerce through your store's configured mail transport (for example your SMTP plugin), using your WooCommerce email styling. You can edit or disable both emails in WooCommerce → Settings → Emails.

Yes. Since version 1.0.2 the plugin includes a Polish translation (pl_PL) of the settings screen, order notes, and both customer emails. Version 1.1.0 updates that translation for the new screens. It is used automatically when your site language is set to Polish.
