Yes. Zorachat can use knowledge made available from WordPress pages, posts, WooCommerce products, PDFs, FAQs, and custom knowledge entries.

Yes. AI-generated responses require a supported provider API key or a connection to Zorachat Cloud Services.

Not necessarily. You can connect your own supported provider API key, or connect to Zorachat Cloud Services and use managed AI replies with Zorachat Cloud Credits.

Conversation and lead records are stored in your WordPress database. Selected message content and relevant context are still transmitted to the configured external service for processing.

The plugin sends the visitor's message, assistant instructions, and relevant website, knowledge-base, FAQ, or WooCommerce product context needed for the request. See External Services below for details about each service.

Yes. When WooCommerce is active, Zorachat can use product information made available by the plugin to answer questions and help visitors discover suitable products. WooCommerce is not required to use Zorachat.

Yes. Zorachat supports conversational lead capture and stores captured lead records in your WordPress database.

Yes. Authorized WordPress users can review conversations, reply, take over from the AI, and end the takeover to return the chat to AI directly from the local Inbox. These local tools do not require Zorachat Cloud.
