TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for WordPress site administrators who need to change their admin email address. It solves the problem of being forced to send an outgoing confirmation email, restoring the pre-4.9 behavior for sites without email access, testing environments, or cases where the new address can't yet confirm.
