It does not submit your catalog anywhere, does not create a feed, does not enable checkout inside chat apps, and cannot make ChatGPT (or any AI) mention your store. What it does is tell you how AI agents already interact with your site today, and the Readiness audit shows you what to fix (robots.txt, product schema, catalog hygiene, policies, llms.txt) if you want to become visible to them.
WooCommerce 8.0+ is recommended. Order attribution uses the CRUD-level woocommerce_new_order hook and order meta APIs, so it works identically with classic post storage and HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) — no direct postmeta writes anywhere.
Yes, by construction: data never leaves your server, no IP addresses or personal identifiers are stored, and the only cookie is a first-party atsen_ref cookie that contains just the chat-platform source and the visit date (30-day lifetime). Human visitors are not tracked; logged-in users, admin, AJAX and REST requests are skipped. You may still need to mention the cookie in your cookie policy depending on your jurisdiction.
