TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for WordPress site owners who use galleries (native WP Gallery, Gutenberg, or Meow Gallery) and want individual gallery images to link to custom URLs. It solves the problem of hardcoding or scripting per-image links by adding Link URL and related fields to Media Library images and rewriting gallery output to use them.
